OnRamp Introduces Agentic AI for Customer Onboarding

The centerpiece of OnRamp’s latest announcements is the launch of OnRamp Aero, an AI-powered suite embedded directly into the company’s onboarding and engagement platform. The solution is designed to help organizations automate customer onboarding workflows and improve post-sales execution through intelligent AI agents.

According to OnRamp, Aero’s AI agents can monitor active customer engagements, identify stalled onboarding processes, infer intent, and take action in real time. The goal is to reduce manual account tracking and allow post-sales teams to focus more on customer relationships and strategic engagement.

The company said early users are already reporting measurable improvements, including faster onboarding timelines, stronger customer engagement, and significant reductions in operational workload balancing.

"With OnRamp Insights, my team has gained the internal visibility needed to optimize our onboarding stages. We're tracking real-time momentum, identifying where customers get stuck, and we have seen a measurable decrease in time-to-value," said Kelsey Gach, Manager of Professional Services at Push Operations.

OnRamp Aero is now generally available to all OnRamp customers.

Industry Recognition Highlights Market Momentum

Alongside the AI product launch, OnRamp announced that it was named a Leader in G2’s Summer 2026 Grid® Report for Client Onboarding. The recognition is based on verified customer reviews and comparative performance against other onboarding software providers.

"Earning a Leader position in a G2 Report is highly competitive and rooted in verified customer reviews," said Godard Abel, co-founder and CEO, G2. "Congratulations to OnRamp for achieving this distinction. Buyers can be confident this ranking reflects the authentic experiences of real users."

The company also secured a place on Inc.’s 2026 Best Workplaces list, which recognizes organizations that demonstrate strong workplace culture, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives.

The evaluation process included employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace and an audit of company benefits and workplace practices.

"This year's Best Workplaces list goes beyond great company culture — it highlights companies making meaningful and sustained investment in their employees," said Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. "Even in a labor market that favors employers, these companies understand that an intentional and authentic commitment to their teams drives stronger employee retention, engagement, and ultimately, a stronger business overall."

Expanding Focus on Responsible AI Innovation

OnRamp also announced its membership in the Massachusetts AI Coalition, a community of organizations focused on advancing responsible AI development and collaboration.

The company stated that its participation reflects a broader commitment to building practical enterprise AI systems while working alongside policymakers, practitioners, and industry peers to shape responsible AI standards.

As enterprises continue investing in AI-driven customer operations, OnRamp’s latest initiatives position the company at the intersection of AI automation, customer success, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
