NVIDIA and Nebius Group N.V. have announced a strategic partnership to develop and deploy the next generation of hyperscale cloud for the AI market, serving both AI natives and enterprises. NVIDIA will invest $2 billion in Nebius, reflecting confidence in Nebius's business and its depth of engineering expertise across the full AI technology stack, as the companies collaborate to scale more than 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems by the end of 2030.
NVIDIA announced a $2 billion investment in Nebius and a strategic partnership to develop full-stack AI cloud infrastructure.
The partnership aims to enable Nebius to deploy more than 5 gigawatts of capacity by the end of 2030.
Collaboration areas include AI factory design, inference stack development, early adoption of next-generation NVIDIA platforms, and fleet management optimization.
Nebius will gain early access to NVIDIA's latest computing architectures including the Rubin platform, Vera CPUs, and BlueField storage systems.
The partnership builds on Nebius's existing deployment of NVIDIA infrastructure across its global platform, including multiple gigawatt-scale AI factories in the U.S.
The focus is on creating a best-in-class inference and agentic AI stack for developers and enterprises.
AI is at another inflection point with the rise of agentic AI, driving incredible compute demand and accelerating infrastructure buildout. The partnership between NVIDIA and Nebius brings together NVIDIA's accelerated computing leadership with Nebius's AI-native cloud platform, designed from the ground up for AI workloads rather than adapted from general-purpose cloud infrastructure.
"AI is at another inflection point — agentic AI, driving incredible compute demand and accelerating infrastructure buildout," said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. "Nebius is building an AI cloud designed for the agentic era, fully integrated from silicon to software and powered by NVIDIA's next-generation accelerated compute. Together, we are scaling the cloud to meet the surging global demand for intelligence."
The partnership deepens the relationship between Nebius and NVIDIA across the full AI technology stack, from AI factory architecture to production software. Key areas of collaboration include:
AI Factory Design and Support: Including access to partner design material, design review processes, early samples, system software support, bring-up support, and regular business and technical reviews.
Inference Stack Development: Creating a best-in-class inference and agentic AI stack for developers and enterprises with NVIDIA's latest software technologies, optimized models, and libraries.
AI Infrastructure Deployment: Deploying multiple generations of NVIDIA infrastructure across Nebius's platform through early adoption of NVIDIA computing architectures, including the NVIDIA Rubin platform, NVIDIA Vera CPUs, and NVIDIA BlueField storage systems.
Fleet Management Optimization: Optimizing Nebius's holistic fleet health by deploying NVIDIA's latest GPU health monitoring and software recommendations.
The partnership builds upon Nebius's ongoing deployment of NVIDIA infrastructure across its global platform, including multiple gigawatt-scale AI factories in the U.S. By enabling Nebius to deploy more than 5 gigawatts of capacity by the end of 2030, the companies are positioning themselves to meet surging global demand for AI compute.
"Nebius has been built for AI since day one — not adapted from a general-purpose cloud, but designed for what developers actually need," said Arkady Volozh, CEO of Nebius. "Now with NVIDIA, we are extending that throughout the stack — from gigawatt-scale AI factories to inference and software — as we build one of the first and largest clouds for all AI builders everywhere."
The partnership represents a significant commitment to scaling the infrastructure required for the next generation of AI applications, from model training to production deployment of agentic AI systems.
