NTT DATA has entered into a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate enterprise modernization, responsible agentic AI adoption, and scalable innovation across industries. The partnership combines NTT DATA’s deep expertise in cloud transformation and AI with AWS’s infrastructure and services to deliver secure, industry-specific solutions that transform legacy workloads into intelligent, future-ready operations.

The agreement targets four core areas to help enterprises move beyond AI experimentation toward impactful, responsible scaling. AI-driven cloud transformation will leverage generative and agentic AI, automation, and data platforms to modernize on-premises workloads and unlock new business models. AI and data innovation will enhance managed services and customer experiences, including modernization of contact centers on Amazon Connect for AI-powered CX worldwide. Digital sovereignty efforts will support European governments and enterprises through the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, ensuring data residency, operational autonomy, and regulatory compliance with full AWS security and performance.
