The no-code builder empowers SREs, Ops teams, and domain experts to create powerful agents without writing code, shifting operations from passive monitoring to active, autonomous task execution and remediation.

It integrates natively with New Relic Workflow Automation and supports secure tool access through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logging, and a built-in evaluation engine ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous performance validation.
