NetBrain Technologies, the pioneer of Agentic NetOps, today announced three executive appointments: Luvlynn Lee as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Sean Dolan as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Scott Fitzgerald as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The appointments are the latest in a deliberate sequence of moves following Blackstone's majority investment and Bernadette Nixon's appointment as CEO in January 2026. Lee brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling customer success, sales, and go-to-market functions at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Split Software. Prior to Split, she held senior commercial leadership roles at Teradata and earlier at ThousandEyes, the cloud intelligence platform acquired by Cisco, where she helped double annual recurring revenue in two years. Lee stated: "What drew me to NetBrain is the rare combination of proven technology and a genuinely uncharted category. Dolan joins NetBrain with an extensive background in enterprise technology revenue leadership, including his most recent role as Chief Revenue Officer at EnterpriseDB. His career includes senior positions at Qlik, Juniper Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, and Nokia Worldwide Services, giving him deep credibility in both the networking infrastructure market and the broader enterprise software go-to-market motion. Dolan stated: "Network operations will be genuinely transformed by AI, and that creates a significant market opportunity for a company that has done the hard work of building real agentic capability – and NetBrain has. My focus will be on making sure we are translating technical leadership into commercial momentum."
Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of enterprise technology marketing leadership. Most recently he led marketing at Intapp, the governed AI platform for highly regulated industries, through an IPO and tripled their ARR. Before that, he held CMO and SVP roles at Duck Creek Technologies, BlueSnap, ACI Worldwide, and CA Technologies. Fitzgerald stated: "Enterprise networks are at an inflection point, and NetBrain is the platform built to meet it. My job is to make sure the enterprises that need Agentic NetOps can find it, understand it, and act on it."
