Nebius, the AI cloud company, has entered into an agreement to acquire Tavily, a leading provider of agentic search infrastructure trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises and top AI companies. The acquisition brings real-time, grounded search capabilities directly into Nebius’s AI cloud platform, enabling developers to build, tune, and deploy autonomous AI agents with enhanced factual accuracy and real-world task execution.
As agentic AI adoption accelerates, enterprises require reliable grounding to ensure factual accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enable autonomous agents to handle real-world tasks. Tavily’s agentic search addresses this need by providing real-time web access and verification, making it a key building block for scalable AI systems.
