Momentive Software has announced the launch of MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers, a new suite of role-specific AI agents built to support nonprofits and associations. The initial release includes Membership Assistant and Community Assistant, with additional AI agents planned in future updates.
The company says the new solution is part of its broader strategy to embed artificial intelligence across its product portfolio while introducing dedicated agentic AI capabilities for mission-driven organizations.

Many nonprofits and associations continue to rely on manual processes to manage member renewals, engagement campaigns, and online communities. These time-consuming tasks can result in missed renewal opportunities, disengaged members, and delayed moderation.
MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers is designed to reduce this operational burden by identifying issues, preparing outreach campaigns, and assisting with community management, allowing staff to focus on higher-value responsibilities.

The launch introduces two AI-powered assistants tailored to common nonprofit workflows.
Membership Assistant supports the complete member lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and win-back campaigns. It identifies disengaged members, drafts personalized outreach sequences for staff approval, and assists with data quality and enrichment to improve membership records.
Community Assistant helps organizations moderate online community platforms by applying their existing moderation policies. Rather than automatically deleting content, the AI quarantines flagged posts for staff review, enabling organizations to maintain oversight while reducing manual moderation workloads.
Momentive emphasizes that Agentic Workers are designed to operate with human oversight. Staff members can review, approve, or reject AI-generated recommendations before any action is taken.
Every AI-generated activity is recorded through a timestamped audit trail, providing organizational leaders and boards with transparency into the actions performed by the AI agents and the reasoning behind them.
MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers integrates directly with the company's existing software platform, eliminating the need for customers to migrate data or implement additional integrations.
The AI agents are built using more than four decades of Momentive's experience serving nonprofits and associations, incorporating knowledge of donor management, membership renewals, continuing education compliance, dues structures, and community engagement.
MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers will launch in August 2026 for nonprofit and association customers and will be previewed during the ASAE Annual Conference in Indianapolis from August 15–18.
