LatticeFlow AI, a Swiss deep-tech leader in evidence-based AI governance, has acquired Dublin-based AI Sonar Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of CloudSphere Ltd. The acquisition integrates AI Sonar’s advanced AI discovery platform into LatticeFlow AI’s portfolio, creating the industry’s first end-to-end, secure AI governance solution that connects on-prem AI discovery and evaluation with centralized SaaS governance operations. AI Sonar will continue to operate under its existing brand name.
As AI adoption accelerates across enterprise applications—often through software vendors, shadow usage, or rapid internal experimentation—organizations face growing complexity without a complete, real-time view of their AI estate.
