The Jitterbit HR Agent, coming in Q3, will automate onboarding, training, IT support, and procurement.

Jitterbit’s new Model Context Protocol (MCP) client standardizes secure AI integrations, reducing costs by connecting to various systems with one client. It supports building AI agents, standardizing policies, enabling actions like data fetching and workflow triggering, and avoiding lock-in by combining pre-built connectors with MCP-ready tools.
Integrations with OpenAI, OpenAI Azure, and Amazon Bedrock are live, with Gemini and Llama forthcoming. Platform updates include Cloud Datastore for centralized data management, Amazon Bedrock and PGP connectors, a redesigned Studio canvas for usability, and enhanced observability for private agents.
