Infoverity has announced a leadership transition that will see Matt Wienke move from his role as Chief Executive Officer to Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Steve Ruff assumes the role of CEO and President effective April 2026.
The transition follows a succession plan initiated in 2022 and reflects the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen leadership continuity as it expands its focus on data, AI and enterprise transformation solutions.
Infoverity stated that the leadership transition is the result of a succession strategy developed several years ago to ensure operational continuity and long-term growth. Steve Ruff, who co-founded the company and has served as President since January 2024, will now lead the organization as CEO and President.
Ruff has played a key role in the company’s growth since its launch in 2011, contributing across multiple areas of the business including operations, consulting and strategic leadership.
