Headless Data Management Across Every Surface
Enterprises can now invoke data management operations directly from LLMs or IDEs like Claude, Slackbot, and Cursor without rebuilding architectures. Informatica from Salesforce claims to be the first enterprise data management platform exposing every capability as a reusable, governed service that any AI agent can call with zero code.

Informatica Agentic Integration facilitates real-time flow of structured and unstructured data so agents see full business context. The Data Quality Agent lets business users define rules in natural language and auto-generates production-ready logic. The Metadata Enrichment Agent automatically adds business descriptions and sensitivity labels to the data catalog.
The industry’s first Agentic Multidomain MDM runs continuously, with autonomous agents cleansing, stewarding, and enriching master data in real time. The new Data Steward Agent automates resolution of quality issues and record matching.
