Agentic AI Platform Capabilities

Fabrix.ai’s platform, highlighted as the industry’s first autonomous operational intelligence solution, moves beyond traditional rule-based and machine learning systems. Its three-pillar architecture leverages over 1,500 bots in low-code/no-code telemetry pipelines to transform and enrich data across multiple technology domains. Live demonstrations showcased AI agents performing root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and network automation, alongside a generative AI copilot with a natural language interface for IT infrastructure management. The AI Agent Studio, featuring drag-and-drop workflow orchestration, demonstrated multi-persona, multi-domain administration, emphasizing observability, explainability, and responsibility tracking for agent operations.

Cisco Validated Zone and Joint Solutions

The Cisco Validated Zone was a focal point, showcasing Fabrix.ai’s integration with Cisco’s ecosystem, including Splunk ITSI, Meraki, Catalyst Center, SD-WAN, ACI, VMware, and AppDynamics. A full-stack service map provided a single pane of glass for business and infrastructure KPIs, powered by Fabrix.ai’s Data Fabric and Unified Network Observability Content Pack. The solution, featured in a ZKast podcast, also supports telecom service assurance through Splunk Lantern’s ITSI content pack, offering automated service maps and KPIs. The Cisco Secure AI POD reference architecture further enhanced data ingestion and governance with built-in Model Context Protocol tools.

Unified Network Observability and Automation

Fabrix.ai’s unified network observability and automation solutions captivated large enterprise and service provider audiences. Demonstrations covered end-to-end network operations, including performance and fault management, AIOps, and closed-loop automation. These capabilities enable real-time insights and dynamic actions, positioning Fabrix.ai as a leader in intelligent IT operations. The platform’s integration with Cisco’s networking domains ensures comprehensive visibility and streamlined management across complex infrastructures.

Industry Recognition and Impact

“The response to our Agentic AI platform and joint solutions with Cisco drew strong interest and engagement from attendees,” said Raju Datla, CEO at Fabrix.ai, in a ZKast interview. Andre Laurent, Sr. Director at Cisco Validated, added, “The integration of Fabrix.ai within the Live Platform Environment in the Cisco Validated Zone at Cisco Live US demonstrated true end-to-end visibility across the complete technology stack. Fabrix.ai successfully modeled five Cisco networking domains plus the dependent application into Splunk ITSI.” The platform’s recognition in the 2025 Gartner Market Guide for Event Intelligence Solutions underscores its industry leadership.

Fabrix.ai’s showcase at Cisco Live 2025 highlights its role in advancing AI-driven network operations. With its autonomous agents and robust Cisco integrations, the platform is poised to redefine enterprise IT efficiency and scalability, setting a new standard for operational intelligence.
