Deloitte has announced a major expansion of its strategic alliance with Google Cloud, marked by the establishment of a dedicated, end-to-end agentic transformation practice. This new initiative incorporates Google Cloud’s market-leading technologies, specifically Gemini Enterprise, to drive large-scale digital transformation across various industrial sectors. By combining Deloitte’s extensive experience with Fortune 500 clients and Google’s advanced AI infrastructure, the partnership aims to provide organizations with a secure and scalable framework for deploying agentic AI.
Dedicated AI Practice: Deloitte has launched a specialized end-to-end agentic transformation practice focused on secure, enterprise-scale deployment.
Gemini Enterprise Integration: The practice leverages Gemini Enterprise to power productivity and streamline operations across the heart of business workflows.
Industry-Specific Assets: Deloitte has developed a library of over 1,000 pre-built AI agents tailored for retail, healthcare, financial services, and government sectors.
Agent2Agent Connectivity: Utilization of Google’s Agent2Agent (A2A) Protocol allows Deloitte to connect agents across different platforms for end-to-end workflows.
Internal Scaling: Deloitte is deploying Gemini Enterprise to 25,000 professionals initially, with plans to expand to 100,000 licenses.
Collaborative Innovation: The expansion includes dedicated Gemini Experience Centers and forward deployed engineers to prototype industry-specific solutions.
The shift from experimental AI to production-grade implementation is a critical theme for modern enterprises. Deloitte’s "2026 State of AI in the Enterprise" report indicates that AI tools are now accessible to 60% of surveyed organizations, signaling that the technology has moved well beyond the pilot phase.

The partnership is not limited to strategy; it involves functional tools such as the Agentic Orchestration Engine used by Deloitte Digital. This engine facilitates a connected marketing lifecycle, moving organizations away from fragmented execution. Additionally, Deloitte is working with global leaders like Zebra Technologies to automate workflows and reduce operational risk through governed AI agents.

As part of the collaboration, Deloitte will gain early access to frontier models from Google DeepMind. This access allows Deloitte to provide feedback that refines these models for specific client needs, ensuring they are equipped to handle the complexities of regulated industries.
