Singh will oversee product strategy and development for Delight.ai with focus on advancing agent capabilities, accelerating product innovation and helping enterprise customers drive revenue growth.
Former Personio, Rippling and Google product leader to lead product strategy and development as company helps enterprises grow and protect revenue across customer lifecycle.

Over next year he will focus on advancing platform to help enterprises deploy AI agents across customer lifecycle, from lead qualification and onboarding to customer support and retention, with revenue growth as central measure of success.
