CrowdStrike and Salesforce have announced a strategic partnership to secure AI-powered business operations by integrating CrowdStrike’s Falcon Shield with Salesforce Security Center and Charlotte AI with Agentforce. This collaboration enhances visibility, compliance, and protection for mission-critical AI agents, applications, and workflows, ensuring enterprises can leverage AI securely.
The partnership, unveiled at Fal.Con 2025 in Las Vegas, combines CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity expertise with Salesforce’s AI CRM capabilities to address the growing threat of identity-based attacks on AI agents. By integrating Falcon Shield with Salesforce Security Center, the collaboration provides security teams with comprehensive visibility into permissions, controls, and potential risks within Salesforce environments. Charlotte AI’s integration with Agentforce for Security enables conversational threat analysis directly in Slack, streamlining incident response.

The Falcon Shield integration will be available within Salesforce Security Center and on the Salesforce AppExchange in 2025. Charlotte AI will integrate with Slack via Agentforce for Security, available through AgentExchange and Slack Marketplace in 2025.
