The transition from AI prototyping to deploying reliable, governed AI agents in production is a central challenge for modern enterprises. CrewAI is addressing this directly with the launch of its CrewAI AOP (Agent Operations Platform), a comprehensive control plane for building, deploying, and managing multi-agent systems. This product launch coincides with a significant global expansion into the Asia-Pacific and European markets, underscoring the growing enterprise demand for production-grade agentic AI.

  • CrewAI launched the CrewAI AOP, an Agent Operations Platform for enterprises.

  • The platform provides observability, governance, and security for AI agents.

  • New offices opened in Seoul and Madrid to support global expansion.

  • A new AI course on multi-agent systems is launching with Andrew Ng.

  • The company reported running 1.1 billion agentic automations in Q3 2025.

  • This move accelerates the shift from AI experimentation to production-scale deployment.

Introducing the Agent Operations Platform

The CrewAI AOP is designed as the enterprise control plane for AI agents. It combines a visual, no-code builder with deep observability, security, and role-based access controls. This allows both technical and non-technical teams to design, monitor, and govern agents in production safely. The platform aims to turn AI agents from experimental projects into reliable business infrastructure that delivers measurable outcomes, providing the speed, control, and governance enterprises require.

João Moura, CEO of CrewAI, framed the enterprise need, stating, “Enterprises are moving beyond building AI. They need AI agents they can deploy and trust in production: observable, governed and compliant across borders. That’s what CrewAI delivers. With our expansion into Europe and Asia, and our ongoing partnership with Andrew, we’re building the global infrastructure for reliable AI agents at scale.”

Strategic Global Expansion

To support its growing international clientele, CrewAI has established new offices in Seoul, South Korea, and Madrid, Spain. The Seoul office marks the company's formal entry into the Asia-Pacific region and was launched in partnership with KT. Kim Young-shub, KT Chief Executive Officer, said, "Building on our global collaborations with Microsoft, Palantir and others, our partnership with CrewAI strengthens the realization of agentic AI and accelerates innovation across industries. With CrewAI, we will proactively open new growth opportunities in the Asia-Pacific market."

The Madrid office anchors its European expansion through a partnership with Konecta. Nourdine Bihmane, CEO of Konecta, commented, “Agentic AI marks a fundamental shift in how businesses operate. It’s not about replacing people, but about amplifying human intelligence through governed, data-driven orchestration. CrewAI’s platform enables us to unite human expertise, CX excellence and responsible AI into a single, intelligent ecosystem that drives continuous optimization and measurable impact. Together, we’re setting a new global benchmark for scaling intelligent operations built on trust, transparency and purpose.”

With the launch of its AOP, strategic global partnerships, and a focus on education, CrewAI is establishing itself as a foundational provider of enterprise-grade AI agent infrastructure. This comprehensive approach provides organizations with the tools, global support, and knowledge required to confidently scale intelligent operations.
