Coupa's latest release drives better business outcomes utilizing the full power of AI, using real-time market intelligence and agents to orchestrate and connect spend decisions and workflows. Coupa now lets external AI, including Microsoft Copilot and custom-built agents, securely tap into live spend data without standing up custom integrations through Model Context Protocol integration via Navi Connect, offering more than 30 out-of-the-box tools spanning procurement, invoicing, contracts, and expenses. Spend Pulse provides procurement and finance teams with transparent, real-time market intelligence correlating U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation data directly against enterprise spend to surface clear, objective market signals.
Autonomous Sourcing Event Creation and Navi-guided Supplier Onboarding remove the manual grind from high-volume, low-value work, targeting approximately 80% reduction in cycle time for fully automated intake-to-award flows. Newly available Navi agents in general availability include Expenses Folio Intelligence Agent for automating hotel bill separation, Invoice Attachment Validation Agent for approve/reject decisions, and Early Payment Discount Capture Agent for tagging invoices with active early payment discounts. Enterprise adoption of Navi agents continues to grow, with custom agents built via Agent Studio now the single most used AI feature on Coupa's platform, with 400+ agents built since its release in May.
