Bright Pattern, a global leader in AI-first omnichannel contact center software, today announced the successful conclusion of its 2026 Partner & Customer Conference, held September 30 to October 1 in San Francisco. Customers and partners traveled from Latin America, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Japan and Korea to see how agentic AI is moving contact center from assisted service to end-to-end autonomous resolution.
The conference opened with welcome remarks from CEO Michael McCloskey and product strategy keynote from CTO Konstantin Kishinsky. Across two days, Bright Pattern demonstrated capabilities that make up its AI-first contact center orchestration platform including Agentic Virtual Agents completing multi-step tasks such as returns claims and bookings end to end, AI Agent Assist and Teleprompter with live transcription next-best-action guidance, Agent Co-Pilot and new Agent Desktop, Interaction Analytics and Omni QM monitoring 100% of interactions, and Workforce Management and Advanced Reporting.
Independent perspective came from Donna Fluss, President of DMG Consulting, who delivered session on where contact center AI is heading. Attendees connected over dinner cruise on San Francisco Bay and cable car tour.
"Seeing customers and partners from Latin America, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Japan and Korea in one room confirmed what we hear every day: the shift to autonomous CX is global," said Michael McCloskey, CEO of Bright Pattern. "The analysts agree the opportunity is real, and they also warn that most organizations will struggle with execution. What made these two days powerful was hearing our customers and partners describe, in their own words, the results they are already delivering on a single AI-first platform."
