Automation Anywhere has announced the launch of Autonomous IT and Autonomous Finance, two pre-built enterprise solutions designed to help organizations operationalize AI-driven business functions with built-in governance, process intelligence, and automation controls.
Introduced at Imagine, the solutions are part of the company’s broader Autonomous Enterprise strategy, where AI agents, automation systems, workflows, and human oversight work together to streamline enterprise operations with reduced manual intervention and measurable business outcomes.
The launch addresses a growing challenge for enterprise organizations seeking to scale AI adoption beyond isolated pilots and task-specific automation initiatives.
According to Automation Anywhere, Autonomous IT and Autonomous Finance were developed with input from enterprise IT and finance leaders and informed by process intelligence data collected across 22 industries. The solutions are designed to unify workflows, approvals, AI agents, systems, and governance models into centralized AI-driven operations.
"Enterprises do not need more isolated AI experiments. They need a practical path to run core functions with greater autonomy, control, and measurable value," said Mihir Shukla, CEO and Board Chairman of Automation Anywhere. "Autonomous IT and Autonomous Finance give leaders a faster starting point with pre-built agents, process intelligence, controls, and roadmaps designed for how their functions actually run."
Autonomous IT is designed for the Office of the CIO and integrates AI agents, automation workflows, and governance capabilities across enterprise IT operations.
The platform supports several IT functions, including:
Automation Anywhere stated that Autonomous IT includes more than 45 AI agents supporting over 70 operational tasks and processes across more than 10 IT sub-functions.

"Automation Anywhere helped us build a more governed, visible, and scalable foundation so our teams can support growth with greater control."
Automation Anywhere said Autonomous Finance is designed to improve key operational metrics including:
Autonomous IT and Autonomous Finance are part of Automation Anywhere’s broader portfolio of pre-built enterprise automation solutions covering customer support, HR, service desk operations, banking, and supply chain workflows.
The company continues positioning its Agentic Process Automation (APA) System as a framework for helping enterprises combine AI agents, automation, governance, and human oversight into scalable operational environments.
As organizations increasingly adopt agentic AI and autonomous workflow strategies, enterprise automation platforms focused on governance, visibility, and operational control are becoming central to digital transformation initiatives across IT and finance operations.
