The 5 Why Coach supports teams in applying the proven 5 Whys methodology. It guides users through iterative questioning to uncover underlying causes of issues in production, quality, safety, or maintenance, while documenting reasoning, evidence, and a clear chain of causality to inform corrective and preventive actions.
The Data Analyst Agent transforms how teams interact with data. Through natural language conversations, users can explore job and procedure data, issue trends, asset performance, user activity, downtime patterns, and other metrics. It supports interactive drill-downs, on-demand visualizations and reports, dataset saving, and dashboard creation for ongoing monitoring—all while preserving conversational context and drawing from up-to-date operational data.
