Florin Rotar, appointed EVP and Group Chief Technology Officer, brings 25 years of experience from Avanade, where he held roles such as Chief Innovation Officer and Global Digital Lead. Recognized as a “Top 10 CTOs To Watch In 2023” by Entrepreneur Magazine and “2024 Chief AI Officer of the Year” by HMG Global Leadership Institute, Rotar will spearhead Atos’ AI and emerging technology initiatives, ensuring secure, end-to-end digital solutions for clients worldwide.
Laurent Soulier, named EVP of Strategy and Operational Excellence, joins the leadership team with a robust background in digital transformation and M&A. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris, Soulier’s experience spans the public sector and leading service companies like Adecco and Foncia/Emeria. His expertise will drive operational efficiency and strategic growth, aligning with Atos’ vision for sustainable profitability.
Pénélope de Fouquières, appointed SVP of Communication, brings 20 years of experience in corporate communications and brand development. Previously a television journalist at M6 and Communications Director at ELSAN, she led strategic programs at the African Development Bank, including the COP21 campaign. Her skills will enhance Atos’ global visibility and brand reputation, supporting its transformation objectives.
Camille le Provost, appointed Head of M&A, is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions specialist with expertise in complex international transactions. With a career spanning BNP Paribas, Rabobank, and independent consulting for Anjac Group, le Provost will guide Atos’ external growth strategies, ensuring strategic acquisitions align with the company’s long-term goals.
