Aspect today announced Aspect Intelligence™, a new set of capabilities designed to shift workforce management from static planning to real-time, predictive operational control. These AI-driven features embed intelligence directly into forecasting, scheduling, and intraday operations, helping teams identify risks early, act proactively, and reduce last-minute adjustments when conditions change.

The initial release of Aspect Intelligence includes Automatic Schedule Updates based on Adherence. This feature automatically applies policy-aligned rules to correct schedules when agents are late, miss breaks, leave early, or depart mid-shift. Supervisors are freed from repetitive corrections, allowing them to focus on coaching, performance support, and maintaining smooth service delivery.

Governance and Transparency for Regulated Environments

Aspect Intelligence supports explainable, auditable decision-making with clear visibility into what actions were taken, which rules were applied, and who approved changes. Rules-based guardrails ensure compliance with organizational policies, union requirements, and regulatory standards, enabling confident automation even in complex, high-governance settings.

Alongside Aspect Intelligence, the release improves usability and extensibility. Unified navigation streamlines schedule editing across web and mobile interfaces. Accessibility reaches WCAG 2.1 compliance. Expanded APIs and the HRIS Data Connect beta reduce integration effort and enhance data reliability for seamless workforce management.
