ARIS, a global leader in process intelligence software, has announced the appointment of Guillaume Bacuvier as its new Chief Executive Officer. Bacuvier will lead the company as a fully standalone entity, steering its strategic evolution from a leader in Process Intelligence into a foundational platform for enterprises seeking to deploy and govern Agentic AI with accuracy, transparency, and control.

Guillaume Bacuvier joins ARIS with a strong background in leading international, data-centric companies. His career includes over a decade at Google, where he rose to Vice President in EMEA, and CEO roles at dunnhumby and, most recently, Kantar Worldpanel.
