Aptean has acquired OpsVeda, an AI-powered operations command center, to enhance its Logility supply chain planning platform with real-time, agentic execution capabilities, advancing the vision of a fully autonomous, AI-driven end-to-end supply chain solution.
Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical B2B enterprise software, announced the acquisition of OpsVeda, an AI-powered operations command center platform. This move follows Aptean’s recent acquisition of Logility, a leader in AI-first supply chain management software, and accelerates the development of an autonomous, end-to-end supply chain platform.
OpsVeda’s real-time, agentic execution layer complements Logility’s predictive planning and optimization tools. Together, they enable continuous observation of live operational data, reasoning over dynamic conditions, and automated or recommended actions aligned with business objectives and constraints.
This integration helps organizations move beyond static spreadsheets and fragmented data silos toward seamless, AI-orchestrated supply chains that deliver greater visibility, resilience, and responsiveness.
Logility provides advanced AI for demand, supply, and inventory planning, offering predictive insights and resilience. OpsVeda adds a critical execution layer through its patented command center, aggregating real-time data from diverse enterprise systems and large language models to drive intelligent, coordinated actions across order fulfillment, supply, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, assets, and retail channels.
