Airties Expands Global AI Connectivity Strategy

Airties announced its planned acquisition of Aprecomm to accelerate international growth and strengthen its AI-driven broadband software portfolio.

Following the completion of the transaction, Aprecomm will continue operating as a subsidiary of Airties while maintaining its existing customer relationships and market-specific product offerings.

The acquisition supports Airties' broader strategy of helping broadband providers improve network performance, reduce operational costs, and deliver better customer experiences through AI-powered automation.

Strengthening AI-Powered Broadband Management

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Aprecomm has developed AI-driven software that enables ISPs to build self-healing broadband networks through continuous monitoring, real-time analytics, and automated network optimization.

Today, the company supports more than seven million homes and business locations while serving over 50 internet service providers globally.

By integrating Aprecomm's AI expertise with Airties' Connectivity Experience Management Platform, the combined organization aims to offer more comprehensive solutions across both mature and emerging broadband markets.

"Aprecomm is very well positioned in growth markets like India and Southeast Asia, so we now have an unmatched foundation to accelerate our expansion further across Asia-Pacific and into South America, two markets where demand for intelligent connectivity is growing at extraordinary speed," said Metin Taskin, CEO and Co-Founder of Airties. "In addition, the acquisition is aligned with our vision of helping ISPs move to agentic AI platforms for the connected home, where the network autonomously anticipates, adapts and acts to provide the best broadband connectivity experience, lower churn and unlock new revenue for ISPs."

Expanding Reach Across Global Broadband Markets

The acquisition combines complementary strengths across different customer segments.

Aprecomm's software has been designed primarily for service providers operating in developing markets, offering AI-powered network management tailored to regional pricing models and subscriber requirements.

Meanwhile, Airties' Connectivity Experience Management Platform serves many Tier-1 global broadband operators, providing AI-driven optimization for fiber, cable, DSL, and fixed wireless access (FWA) networks.

The combined product portfolio will enable Airties to deliver solutions that address a wider range of operator requirements while supporting expansion across both established and emerging broadband markets.

"Joining Airties, the industry's pioneer and leader in advancing connectivity experience, is a strong validation of the vision that has shaped Aprecomm from the start," said Pramod Gummaraj, CEO and Co-Founder of Aprecomm. "Aprecomm was built with the belief that every service provider should be able to deliver a far more intelligent and reliable broadband experience. This combination gives us a broader platform to take that vision further and extend our impact across more markets globally."

"This combination brings together Airties' global reach and Aprecomm's AI-native platform. With our edge AI, cloud-native architecture, and vendor-agnostic design, we have a strong foundation to deliver smarter, more scalable connectivity experiences to service providers worldwide," said Guharajan Sivakumar, CTO and Co-Founder of Aprecomm.

Supporting the Future of Intelligent Broadband Networks

The acquisition aligns with growing industry demand for AI-powered broadband management platforms capable of proactively monitoring, predicting, and resolving network issues before they impact subscribers.

By combining Airties' enterprise-scale connectivity platform with Aprecomm's AI-native networking technologies, the company aims to help ISPs reduce churn, improve customer satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and prepare for the next generation of agentic AI-powered connected home experiences.

The acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close later in 2026.
