Aerospike Inc has announced that its Aerospike Academy training program is now open to all developers and operators worldwide, removing its previous restriction to enterprise customers. The move is aimed at accelerating adoption of Aerospike’s real-time NoSQL database as demand grows for high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting agentic AI and other latency-sensitive workloads.
Aerospike’s decision to open its Academy reflects the growing need for developers to build applications that require sub-millisecond latency and large-scale data processing. This includes Aerospike Voyager, a visual workspace for querying and exploring data conversationally, as well as an embedded MCP Server that allows AI agents to interact directly with the database.
Updated SDKs for Java and Python further support developers in building production-ready applications more efficiently, with a consistent development path from prototype to scale without requiring major architectural changes.
