Joe Falcao has built his career leading finance functions across established enterprises, rapidly growing organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. His professional experience focuses on strengthening financial operations, improving organizational resilience, enhancing governance, and supporting sustainable business growth.
His international background includes living and working across seven countries, with corporate leadership assignments in Brazil, Belgium, and Malaysia. This global perspective brings additional strategic value as Scrum Alliance continues serving agile professionals across diverse international markets.
Falcao currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Bose Professional, where he oversees financial and operational initiatives supporting the company's global expansion following its transition into an independent business.
Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership positions at companies including Thrasio, where he helped establish scalable financial operations during a period of rapid international growth. He later served as Chief Financial Officer at Orva, leading financial operations under private equity ownership while improving e-commerce profitability and driving enterprise value creation.
