N-able Inc., a global cybersecurity company delivering business resilience, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved increase of $50 million to previously authorized share repurchase program of up to aggregate of $75 million of shares of its common stock announced in March 2025. N-able had $45 million remaining as of June 30, 2026 from previous authorization.
"This increased authorization reflects conviction that repurchasing shares at current levels represents attractive use of capital and compelling opportunity to create shareholder value over long-term," said N-able CFO Tim O'Brien. "As threats continue to evolve and customers' security needs grow more complex, we believe N-able is well positioned to provide critical cybersecurity solutions to businesses everywhere. We remain confident in ability to drive long-term growth and profit, while staying focused on disciplined capital allocation."
Under program, shares may be repurchased from time to time on open market or privately negotiated transactions at company's discretion, subject to market conditions and other factors, and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Company may commence, suspend or discontinue purchases of its common stock at any time or periodically without prior notice. Authorization has no expiration date.
