SES AI has announced it has appointed Paul Diemer to the Company's Board of Directors. Diemer previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Flex's Power business, where he led global research and development and technology organizations for embedded and critical power systems for AI datacenters.

Diemer previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Flex's Power business, where he led the global research and development and technology organizations responsible for embedded and critical power systems for AI datacenters, overseeing more than 1,000 engineers across 14 countries. In addition to Flex, Diemer previously oversaw new EV product architectures at BorgWarner and currently serves as SVP of Corporate Engineering at Generac Power Systems. During his career, Diemer has directed technology strategy for critical power and data center infrastructure, helped shape product roadmaps across multi-billion-dollar business segments while driving innovation in power electronics, energy infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions.
