Workforce Payroll (formerly QuickBooks Payroll Core): Full-service payroll, auto payroll, next-day direct deposit, 1099 e-filing, employee records, employee portal, plus add-ons including health benefits, 401(k), Earned Wage Access, workers' comp, and background checks powered by Checkr.
Workforce Premium (formerly QuickBooks Payroll Premium): Includes all Workforce Payroll features plus time tracking, same-day direct deposit, expert setup review, HR support center, new hire onboarding, workflow management, time-off requests, recruiting, and employee offboarding.
Workforce Elite (formerly QuickBooks Payroll Elite): Includes all Workforce Premium features plus enhanced time tracking with geofencing, project capabilities, tax penalty protection up to $25,000, done-for-you setup by Intuit expert, personal HR advisor powered by Mineral Inc., and performance management.
QuickBooks Workforce will be generally available to all eligible QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Advanced, and Intuit Enterprise Suite customers in the U.S. in the coming weeks.
