Flexor has announced a native integration between its AI Context Engine (ACE) and the Snowflake AI Data Cloud during Snowflake Summit 2026. The integration is designed to help enterprises transform fragmented unstructured data into structured, AI-ready context that supports more reliable AI agents and enterprise AI applications.
The company said the new integration enables organizations to operationalize unstructured enterprise data such as emails, documents, support tickets, call transcripts, notes, and chat conversations directly within Snowflake environments without moving data outside secure infrastructure.

Flexor stated that one of the primary barriers preventing enterprise AI systems from reaching production scale is the lack of organizational context available to AI agents and applications.
According to the company, many AI deployments struggle with hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, and limited business understanding because enterprise knowledge remains fragmented across emails, calls, PDFs, support tickets, and internal communication systems.
“Enterprise AI is stuck because AI agents don't know the business,” said Or Zabludowski, CEO of Flexor. “By partnering with Snowflake and integrating ACE natively into the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, joint customers gain a new layer: rich organizational context derived from their own unstructured data, including emails, calls and PDFs, living securely inside Snowflake. AI agents can perform as if they have known the organization for years.”
The company positions Flexor ACE as a centralized context layer designed to unify organizational knowledge for enterprise AI workflows.
Flexor ACE is designed to ingest and normalize enterprise unstructured data from multiple internal systems and prepare it for AI consumption.

Flexor said the platform creates a consistent organizational understanding layer that can be shared across multiple AI applications and enterprise AI systems.
The company stated that the approach is intended to improve AI reliability, reduce hallucinations, and ensure consistency across AI-powered workflows operating on enterprise data.
Flexor emphasized that the integration operates natively inside the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, allowing enterprises to process and enrich unstructured data without transferring it outside existing secure environments.
The platform also includes enterprise governance and observability capabilities focused on:
“We’re excited to see innovations that help enterprises unify and contextualize their unstructured data reflecting the kind of innovation our customers need," said Amy Kodl, SVP, Worldwide Alliances & Channels at Snowflake. “As organizations continue to adopt AI, strong data foundations and meaningful context remain essential for delivering reliable outcomes.”
Flexor said the integration is intended to support AI workflows across industries including financial services, telecommunications, and retail, where enterprise knowledge is often distributed across large volumes of unstructured operational data.
The company believes AI systems will increasingly require structured organizational context to move beyond pilot projects and support trusted production-grade deployments.
