  • Factory and Carahsoft partner to bring agent-native software development to public sector via Master Government Aggregator model.
  • Factory autonomous software agents now available to Federal, State and Local agencies through established contract vehicles.
  • Platform turns requirements and operational signals into production software autonomously executing planning, development, testing, review, security, release.
  • Built for model independence with open ecosystem supporting open or closed models, BYO keys, Factory Router decreasing cost by 50%+ at same quality.
  • SOC 2 certified with deployments from cloud to fully air-gapped environments supporting single-tenant, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, zero retention, CMEK, audit logging.
  • Available via SEWP V NNG15SC03B and NNG15SC27B, TIPS 220105, E&I EI00063∼2021MA, Quilt MSA05012019-F.

Autonomous Software Factory for Government Teams

"Autonomous software development has potential to fundamentally change how organizations build, maintain and modernize software. Government teams should be able to realize that potential without compromising security, compliance and control their environments demand. This partnership is about making that possible," said Matan Grinberg, CEO and co-founder of Factory.

Factory enables organizations to build and operate own software factory, turning requirements and operational signals into production software, autonomously executing work across planning, development, testing, review, security and release. Engineers remain in control through policies, guardrails and approval gates. Built for model independence and open ecosystem, teams can choose supported open or closed models, bring own keys or endpoints, or use Factory Router to match each task with right model for performance, cost and reliability. Factory Router decreases cost for customers by more than 50% at same quality outcome. Factory deploys from cloud to fully air-gapped environments, giving enterprises control over models, infrastructure, data and autonomy.

Through Carahsoft, Factory's SOC 2 certified platform now accessible to Government agencies needing to create, maintain and evolve software under strict security and compliance requirements. Partnership places Factory on established procurement pathways for agencies to evaluate and deploy agent-driven development without introducing new purchasing processes. Agencies can deploy Factory in cloud, on premise or in fully air-gapped environments for highest-security labs. Platform supports single-tenant deployments within sandboxed environments, SSO and SCIM provisioning, role-based access controls, zero data retention mode, customer-managed encryption keys and comprehensive audit logging.

Direct Path for Public Sector Adoption

"Government teams are responsible for delivering and maintaining complex systems under strict requirements," said Michael Adams, Program Executive for AI Solutions at Carahsoft. "Factory's approach gives agencies new way to manage that work within environments they already trust. By making platform available through our contracts and reseller ecosystem, we look forward to providing direct path for Public Sector customers to adopt autonomous software development agents."

Factory's solutions available immediately to Public Sector customers through Carahsoft's SEWP V contracts NNG15SC03B and NNG15SC27B, TIPS Contract #220105, E&I Contract #EI00063∼2021MA and The Quilt Master Service Agreement MSA05012019-F.
