This partnership arrives at a critical juncture, with SAP phasing out maintenance for its ECC 6.0 system between late 2025 and 2027. With approximately two-thirds of enterprises yet to complete their migration to S/4HANA, there is a significant need for trusted partners to guide this complex transition. The collaboration is designed to help these organizations, including 86.7% of Esker's own SAP customer base, update their ERP environments quickly and efficiently while implementing modern AI automation.

Esker contributes its AI Automation Suite for the Office of the CFO, which streamlines processes like order management, procurement, and accounts receivable. Numen adds its deep SAP consulting expertise and a team of over 1,000 consultants. Together, they aim to accelerate time-to-value, enhance system interoperability, and provide greater visibility across finance operations during the disruptive ERP transition period.
