Emberos, the operating system for AI Brand Management, today announced it has raised an oversubscribed $5.5 million seed round. Announced from Los Angeles, funding among largest seeds raised to date in AI brand management category, was backed by private consortium of strategic angel investors and takes total raised to $6.7 million following pre-seed round in January 2026 of $1.2 million.
Capital follows first year in which emberos moved from pre-seed to production inside global holding companies, entertainment studios and consumer brands. Expansion comes as brands respond to fundamental shift in how people discover, evaluate and build conviction around companies. AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini increasingly sit between brands and audiences, interpreting information, forming recommendations and answering questions that once began with traditional search.
AI does not simply retrieve what company says about itself. It forms understanding of brand from thousands of signals across web, decides which sources to trust, determines which attributes matter, compares brand against competitors and generates answer. That answer increasingly becomes brand experience.
"Brands have spent decades building systems to manage how they appear in advertising, search, social, retail and media. AI changes underlying model. You're no longer managing page or ranking. You're managing what machines understand about you, what they believe is true and what they ultimately tell people. That requires entirely new operating system," said Justin Inman, Founder and CEO of emberos.
Brands including Stagwell, The Honest Company, RA Capital Management, Monigle, BERO and WHITESPACE are using emberos to move beyond visibility, adding foresight into how AI will represent them and ability to actively shape, prove and govern that representation. Monitors brand representation across every major AI system including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek. Prediction models forecast AI-representation shifts with 80%+ directional accuracy across 300+ forecasts. Recently predicted largest box office opening ever for Spider-Man: Brand New Day with 98% accuracy missing by just $8M on $360M opening.
"As AI becomes part of how consumers discover, evaluate and choose brands, that intelligence needs to connect into broader marketing stack. That's what we're doing with Stagwell Search+. Emberos powers underlying intelligence, giving our teams and clients way to understand how brands being represented by AI and turn those signals into action," said Matt Adams, Global CEO Stagwell Media Platform.
At center of platform is Brand Knowledge Graph, proprietary intelligence layer spanning more than 10,000 brands and millions of relationships, connecting brand's entities, prompts, responses, sources, recommendations, actions, and outcomes. Five specialized agents operate on top: Scout identifies how AI systems currently represent brand; Pilot predicts how understanding likely to evolve; Flow identifies and executes opportunities to shape underlying information environment; Merchant extends into commerce; Echo provides trust, integrity, and governance layer.
SOC 2 Type 1 compliant with enterprise-grade data governance built into every layer. Built first real-time AI influence leaderboard in partnership with ADWEEK tracking how individual Super Bowl commercials moved inside AI-generated answers live. Emberos will use new capital to accelerate work including CreatorGraph, extension mapping creators, communities and independent publishers alongside brands and products.
