DSFederal, Inc. (DSFederal) announced today that it has been awarded a five-year, single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to provide Web and Data Services. Five-year, single-award BPA will support reliable, accessible, and modern web and data services for NOAA's Office of Water Prediction.

Modern Web and Data Services for Critical Water Information

Under the BPA, DSFederal will support the web, data, geospatial, and digital services that help OWP make critical water prediction information available to emergency managers, water resource professionals, government partners, and the public. The work will support OWP's continued evolution of the National Water Prediction Service (NWPS) and the broader digital ecosystem used to disseminate water hazard, water supply, flood inundation, and other water prediction information.

DSFederal will provide web and application development, operational water prediction expertise, and advanced geospatial and data visualization capabilities, backed by cloud and DevSecOps engineering. The team will focus on resilient, scalable services that perform during high-impact events while making complex water information easier to discover, understand, and use. The work will also explore responsible applications of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to improve how users access and interact with water data.
