Darwinbox, the AI-native human capital management platform built for Asia-first enterprises, today announced appointment of Pannie Sia as Regional Vice President for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. In this role, Sia will lead go-to-market strategy, sales team development, and enterprise customer growth across three markets.

Appointment comes as Darwinbox deepens enterprise footprint across Southeast Asia, following launch of Darwinbox Cortex, company's AI-native platform designed to help large organizations hire, retain, and enable talent across entire employee lifecycle. Sia brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology experience from IBM, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow, working with organizations across Asia Pacific and Japan through successive shifts in technology, business model, and nature of work itself.
