  • ANS cuts IT alert noise by 83% with LogicMonitor Edwin AI since deployment in August 2026.
  • Early results show 45?wer observability incidents and 44?ster incident resolution times.
  • Edwin AI processed 1.7M events and deduplicated nearly 297,000 alerts reducing repetitive operational work.
  • ANS reports 500% return on incremental Edwin AI investment with SLA performance maintained above 97%.
  • Monitoring-generated incident volumes declined from 4,300 in July to 2,383 as of October 29.
  • Engineers completed 21% more proactive success cases with 225+ value-added recommendations including £50K savings for customer.

Reshaping Managed Services with AI

Since deploying Edwin AI in August 2026, ANS has reduced alert noise by 83%, observability incident volumes by 45% and average incident resolution times by 44%, while reporting a 500% return on its incremental Edwin AI investment. ANS has also consistently maintained SLA performance above 97%. By correlating related alerts, accelerating investigations and recommending next steps, Edwin AI is helping ANS shift engineering capacity from reactive incident management toward more proactive customer services.

"AI gives us an opportunity to fundamentally rethink how managed services are delivered," said Kyle Hill, Chief Technology Officer, ANS Group. "Our ambition is to free up our engineers' capacity so they can focus their expertise where it makes the biggest difference for customers, whether that's reducing costs, improving resilience or preventing issues before they happen."

ANS uses LogicMonitor Envision and Edwin AI to connect related events, surface root-cause context and recommend next steps, helping engineers move from investigation to remediation faster.

Early operational results include 83% less alert noise through AI-powered event correlation, 45?wer observability incidents reflecting improvements in event consolidation alongside seasonal variation, 44% reduction in incident resolution time enabling faster customer issue resolution, and consistently strong service performance above 97% SLA.

Building Toward Autonomous IT

Across deployment, Edwin AI processed 1.7 million events and deduplicated nearly 297,000 alerts. ANS is redirecting engineering capacity into proactive customer improvements including cloud cost optimisation, security enhancements and automation. In Q3, engineers completed 21% more proactive success cases as ANS began embedding Edwin AI into AI-augmented operating model. These success cases provide structured way of turning capacity released from reactive operations into tangible improvements. ANS delivered more than 225 value-added recommendations to customers including more than £50,000 in realized savings for one customer.

"Most IT teams aren't short on problems to solve. They're short on time to get ahead of them," said Karthik Sj, Chief AI Officer, LogicMonitor. "ANS is showing what happens when AI helps engineers focus their expertise where it matters most. Engineers can spend less time chasing alerts and more time improving the systems their customers depend on. At LogicMonitor, we're turning the vision of Autonomous IT into reality, delivering measurable business value for our customers."

ANS is also exploring how AI agents can extend operational intelligence beyond traditional monitoring workflows. Through early testing with LogicMonitor's Model Context Protocol capabilities, ANS has connected internally developed AI agent to LogicMonitor domain data demonstrating how teams can access infrastructure information through natural-language requests. MCP capabilities remain in private preview with ANS evaluating potential applications ahead of production availability. ANS plans to expand use of Edwin AI and explore additional automation and self-healing capabilities.
