Tricentis has announced at its annual industry conference, Tricentis Transform, a lineup of new AI-powered innovations designed to help enterprises build, validate, and deliver high-quality software at scale. The announcement includes three new technologies developed through Tricentis Labs, an innovation incubator that gives users early access to AI technology with the opportunity to help shape development.

Quick Intel

  • Tricentis Labs launches Aida autonomous application explorer.

  • AgentScore shifts from deterministic testing to probabilistic AI agent evaluation.

  • Release Risk Intelligence surfaces coverage gaps and prioritizes risks by severity.

  • Innovations follow Tricentis' acquisition of Tabnine for enterprise context layer.

  • Tricentis has more than 3,000 customers including Experian, T-Mobile, and Jaguar Land Rover.

  • Recognized as a leader by Forrester, Gartner, and IDC.

AI-Powered Quality Engineering

Tricentis Aida is an AI agent that autonomously explores web and Windows desktop applications, surfaces defects and coverage gaps, and delivers clear signals on application health without requiring an existing test suite, scripting, or setup. Tricentis AgentScore shifts quality engineering from deterministic testing to probabilistic evaluation, helping enterprises evaluate AI agents by observing how agents behave in real-world workflows, recommending what should be measured, and generating composite quality scores with review, block, or ship recommendations. Tricentis Release Risk Intelligence helps quality engineering leaders and release managers understand what's at risk in a release and what actions to take next, surfacing release-scoped coverage gaps and providing AI-powered actions that launch contextual AI assistance.

Tricentis Labs and Innovation

Tricentis Labs is designed to put emerging AI technology into customers' and partners' hands faster, enabling Tricentis and participating enterprises to test ideas against real-world needs, learn from actual usage, and rapidly shape the technologies with the strongest potential into enterprise-ready solutions. These new technologies come on the heels of Tricentis' acquisition of Tabnine, which further augments the industry-leading Tricentis Agentic Quality Engineering Platform by adding the enterprise context layer that complements the platform's existing orchestration, governance, and agent collaboration capabilities.

"AI is changing not only how software is built, tested, and released, but also how quickly enterprises need to innovate," said Eran Sher, Chief Product Officer at Tricentis. "Through Tricentis Labs, we're working alongside customers and partners to put emerging technologies to the test and develop the next generation of AI agents and technologies that solve meaningful enterprise problems. This approach will help us move at the pace of AI while also helping engineering teams make better decisions throughout their software development lifecycles."
