RedCloud Holdings has announced CORE, a new AI-powered trade execution engine that will become a key component of its RedAI infrastructure. Scheduled for launch in August 2026, CORE is designed to work alongside RAID (Realtime AI for Distribution) to help enterprises move from AI-generated recommendations to automated trade execution, supporting the company's vision of autonomous commerce across the global FMCG industry.

  • RedCloud introduces CORE, its AI-powered trade execution engine.
  • CORE will work with RAID to automate trade execution within the RedAI infrastructure.
  • The platform is designed to transform AI recommendations into inventory, payment, and order execution.
  • RedAI is powered by $6.9 billion in proprietary FMCG trading data collected since 2023.
  • Initial deployment will include human oversight, with autonomous execution planned for defined low-risk scenarios.
  • CORE is expected to launch in August 2026 as part of RedCloud's Genesis AI infrastructure roadmap.

RedCloud Expands Its AI Infrastructure for Global Trade

RedCloud is continuing its transformation from a digital trading platform into an AI-native infrastructure provider with the introduction of CORE.

The announcement forms part of the company's broader Genesis product roadmap first introduced in late 2025. Through this initiative, RedAI has been re-engineered to place artificial intelligence at the center of inventory management and trade execution across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chains.

According to RedCloud, the platform is designed to address the industry's estimated $2 trillion global inventory gap by combining predictive AI with automated execution capabilities.

CORE Bridges the Gap Between AI Insights and Business Action

While RAID focuses on analyzing RedCloud's proprietary trading data to predict supply, demand, pricing trends, and inventory opportunities, CORE is designed to convert those recommendations into operational actions.

Once deployed, CORE will support activities such as:

  • Placing purchase orders
  • Processing payments
  • Managing inventory
  • Coordinating distribution channels
  • Executing trade workflows across RedCloud's trading network

Initially, AI-generated recommendations will require human review and approval before execution. RedCloud expects future autonomous execution to be limited to predefined low-value scenarios operating under human oversight.

Built on Proprietary FMCG Trading Data

CORE and RAID are both powered by RedCloud's proprietary Data Foundation, which currently contains approximately $6.9 billion in FMCG trading data collected across multiple countries and product categories since 2023.

The company believes this broad industry dataset enables RedAI's specialist AI agents to deliver market intelligence beyond what individual organizations can generate using only their own operational data.

AI Agents Designed to Execute Complete Workflows

RedCloud envisions specialist AI agents that not only identify trading opportunities but also help complete business processes from recommendation through execution.

"RAID will tell our customers what is about to happen in their market. CORE is designed to be the engine that takes action. A recommendation that a business planner has to execute manually in different systems isn’t decision intelligence — it’s administration. CORE is expected to close that gap, so in the future, the RedAI specialist agent that spots the opportunity can also place the order, adjust the inventory, or route the payment, with a human colleague reviewing as appropriate. The announcement and launch of RAID and CORE alongside each other will be a major milestone for RedCloud as we continue to deploy the major elements of our new AI-native infrastructure."

Justin Floyd, CEO and Co-Founder, RedCloud

Soumaya Hamzaoui, Chief Product and Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of RedCloud, added:

"We’ve designed RAID and CORE to work as one system, either integrated directly into our Enterprise customer’s infrastructure, or within RedAI applications featuring specialist agents, so that in the future, a recommendation and the action it leads to might become autonomous and instant. Announcing CORE alongside RAID completes the picture of what RedAI’s infrastructure is built to do — and we have further announcements to come as we bring them to market."

Expansion Continues Across Global Markets

The launch of CORE follows several recent milestones for RedCloud, including the commercial rollout of RedAI Strategy in Nigeria, new joint venture and licensing agreements in India, and expansion into Saudi Arabia.

The company expects to provide additional updates on both CORE and RAID as deployment progresses, alongside new AI-powered applications that leverage RedAI's growing intelligent trade infrastructure.

By combining predictive AI with automated trade execution, RedCloud aims to build a unified infrastructure capable of helping enterprises optimize inventory, accelerate decision-making, and streamline global FMCG supply chains through agentic AI.
