Kleinschmidt is known for enabling business-to-business integration across supply chains through EDI, API, and B2B data exchange services. eBase Solutions specializes in enterprise integration, workflow automation, IoT deployment, and operational analytics.
By combining these capabilities, the organizations aim to provide customers with a unified approach to both external ecosystem connectivity and internal operational integration.

Additionally, the partnership will incorporate Minitab analytics technology to help organizations apply predictive analytics and continuous improvement methodologies across operational and supply chain datasets.
The companies stated that the expanded offering will enable organizations to integrate device-generated data into enterprise systems, improve operational responsiveness, and generate deeper business insights from connected environments.
