By combining Deloitte’s Converge platforms and IndustryAdvantage expertise with HundredX’s real-time customer data across 4,000 brands in 90 industries, this collaboration helps organizations anticipate market shifts and optimize key business levers like pricing, product strategy, and customer experience.
In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, traditional retrospective data and static planning are insufficient. Deloitte and HundredX collaborated on “The Value Seeking Consumer” study, analyzing 900,000 customer data points across 290 brands. The study highlights how brands offering superior value—beyond just price—gain market share and higher purchase intent. Factors like quality, trust, and experience drive customer spending, providing a roadmap for brands to emulate “more-value-for-the-price” players.
