S&P Global  has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Hubert Joly, effective January 2, 2026. Mr. Joly, the former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy and current senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, brings extensive leadership experience from his prior roles at Carlson and board positions at Johnson & Johnson and Ralph Lauren Corporation.
