Tecnotree Reports Strong H1 2025 Results with AI and 5G Focus

Tecnotree, a global leader in AI, 5G, and cloud-native digital platforms for telecommunications, has released its financial results for the first half of 2025, showcasing robust operational performance and strategic expansion in key markets like Europe and the UK, despite currency challenges. The company’s focus on AI-powered solutions and cloud-native technologies continues to drive growth and innovation for communication service providers (CSPs).

Financial Performance Highlights

Tecnotree reported net sales of EUR 34.2 million for H1 2025, a slight decline of 2.1% from EUR 34.9 million in H1 2024, primarily due to currency headwinds. In constant currency, sales grew by 2.7% to EUR 35.9 million. The operating result rose significantly by 20.6% to EUR 9.6 million from EUR 8.0 million, with the operating margin improving to 28.0% from 22.8%. Despite increased foreign exchange losses of EUR 4.0 million, gross cash flow from operations reached EUR 10.5 million, and the company achieved positive free cash flow of EUR 2.1 million, a marked improvement from a negative EUR 3.9 million in H1 2024. The net result was EUR 2.6 million, down 30.0% due to currency impacts, while earnings per share remained stable at EUR 0.2.

Strategic Growth and Market Expansion

Tecnotree’s order book reached a record EUR 105.7 million, up 45.5% from EUR 72.6 million in H1 2024, driven by large-scale projects in the UK, Europe, and South Africa. The company expanded its global footprint by signing new customers for its AI-powered digital platforms, particularly in mature telecom markets. Strategic partnerships with global system integrators like HCL Tech and Accenture, alongside hyper-scalers such as Microsoft Azure, have bolstered Tecnotree’s cloud-native capabilities and market reach. These alliances are pivotal in accelerating digital transformation for CSPs, with delivery milestones expected in the second half of 2025 and beyond.

Innovation and Industry Recognition

Tecnotree advanced its product portfolio with new features on its Moments and Sensa platforms, enhancing AI/ML-powered customer value management and multi-cloud capabilities. The company completed 10 critical digital transformation deliveries for leading CSPs, deploying 695 features across Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNX) segments. Industry accolades include being named Telecom Vendor of the Year at the Asian Telecom Awards 2025 for its GenAI-powered CVM and Marketing Transformation suite with Emtel. Tecnotree was also recognized in six Gartner reports, reinforcing its leadership in CSP revenue management, customer experience, and digital marketplace solutions. Additionally, the company is a finalist in five categories at the TM Forum Excellence Awards 2025, including Excellence in ODA Implementation.
