Paul T. Dacier joins IonQ from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, where he advised C-level executives and boards on complex business and legal matters. Previously, he served as General Counsel at EMC Corporation for over 25 years, overseeing global legal affairs during a period of significant growth, with revenues rising from $170 million to $24.7 billion. “I am excited to join IonQ at this significant moment for both the company and the quantum industry,” said Dacier.
