COEO Solutions has acquired NetWolves Network Services, strengthening its managed network, communications, cybersecurity, and IT capabilities for multi-location mid-market enterprises. The acquisition marks COEO's second strategic purchase in 2026 following its acquisition of S-NET Communications and expands the company's platform for the "Forgotten 5000"—mid-market organizations with complex networking requirements.
The deal enhances COEO's managed connectivity, SD-WAN, and carrier-agnostic networking capabilities while expanding its ability to deliver integrated IT infrastructure and managed services through a single platform.

COEO Solutions has announced the acquisition of NetWolves Network Services as part of its strategy to expand managed networking, communications, cybersecurity, and IT services for multi-location mid-market enterprises.
The acquisition follows COEO's purchase of S-NET Communications earlier this year and further strengthens its platform designed to serve organizations that require more specialized networking and IT support than traditional carriers typically provide.
NetWolves specializes in managed IT and network services, helping organizations design, secure, monitor, and manage enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity environments, and connectivity services.
Through the acquisition, COEO gains NetWolves' carrier-agnostic networking expertise, managed connectivity services, and around-the-clock network monitoring capabilities.
The combined organization expands COEO's capabilities in SD-WAN, enterprise networking, and managed connectivity while reinforcing its ability to deliver integrated communications, security, and IT infrastructure services through a single accountable partner.
"NetWolves built their business on the technical depth and the service discipline to design complex enterprise networks and manage them around the clock," said Frank Ruffolo, CEO of COEO Solutions. "This is our second acquisition this year, and it reflects a clear strategy: build a complete platform for mid-market enterprises who require more tailored services and support than other carriers provide. NetWolves' team and technical expertise strengthen what we can deliver, and our customers and partners gain a broader network and deeper connectivity capability as a result."
As NetWolves customers transition to COEO's platform, they will gain access to a unified customer portal that consolidates circuit inventory, billing information, and support ticket management into a single interface.
The platform also leverages AI-driven analytics to provide detailed reporting on circuit performance, traffic patterns, service-level agreement (SLA) attainment, and other operational metrics. These capabilities are designed to help IT teams identify potential network issues proactively rather than responding after disruptions occur.
COEO stated that migration schedules, customer communications, and platform availability timelines will be shared throughout the transition process.
The acquisition also broadens opportunities for NetWolves' existing channel partners by providing access to COEO's nationwide partner ecosystem and managed technology portfolio.
Partners will gain access to additional networking, communications, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions supported by COEO's partner-first sales model, competitive commission structure, and dedicated channel support resources.
To ensure continuity during the integration, NetWolves leaders Peter Castle and Scott Foote will serve as senior advisors to COEO, supporting customer transitions and key enterprise accounts.
With its second acquisition of 2026, COEO continues executing its growth strategy of building a comprehensive managed network and IT platform for mid-market organizations. By combining advanced networking capabilities, AI-powered operational insights, cybersecurity services, and managed communications, the company aims to simplify infrastructure management while improving connectivity, visibility, and operational performance for enterprise customers.
