The acquisition expands zvoove’s business process outsourcing (BPO) and AI-driven service capabilities while bringing managed payroll operations directly into the company’s ecosystem.
zvoove said the acquisition allows the company to internalize managed payroll services that customers previously accessed through external partners.
profitask’s Admin Center specializes in handling payroll administration within zvoove Payroll, including gross and net payroll processing, collective agreement management, branch surcharge handling, equal-pay calculations, invoicing, and order management.
Because profitask has operated exclusively on zvoove software for years, the integration is expected to streamline customer support and operational collaboration between service teams and product development teams.
According to zvoove, customers will continue receiving the same payroll expertise while gaining closer access to the software teams responsible for the platform.

zvoove said these services are designed to help staffing firms manage growth while addressing regulatory complexity and operational cost pressures without significantly increasing internal headcount.
