uRecruits has announced the launch of uRecruits 2.0, a recruiter-first AI hiring platform designed to unify the entire hiring lifecycle into a single connected workflow. The platform introduces uR Agent, an AI layer that assists recruiters with hiring tasks such as job creation, candidate screening, scheduling, and analytics, while keeping all final hiring decisions under human control.
uRecruits 2.0 is designed to replace fragmented hiring systems with a single, connected workflow built around a unified candidate record. Instead of switching between separate tools for job postings, assessments, interviews, scheduling, and reporting, recruiting teams can now manage the entire hiring lifecycle within one platform.
At the core of the system is the uR Position Workflow, which synchronizes all hiring stages including candidate tracking, assessments, interviews, offers, and analytics into a unified structure.
The platform introduces uR Agent, an AI-powered assistant layer that helps recruiters manage repetitive and time-consuming tasks. These include job creation, candidate screening, scheduling coordination, assessment distribution, and workflow management.
"Recruiting teams need AI that saves time without taking control away from people," said Thomas Alexander, Founder and CEO of uRecruits Inc. "uRecruits 2.0 was built around a simple principle: AI assists, humans decide."
uRecruits emphasized that the platform does not automatically advance, reject, or hire candidates. Instead, AI provides recommendations, scoring, and workflow assistance while recruiters retain full authority over hiring decisions.
uRecruits 2.0 brings together seven core capabilities within a unified system:
The platform also integrates with Google Mail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and JobTarget, while supporting resume parsing across more than 30 data points and AI-driven candidate scoring.
uRecruits 2.0 incorporates security and compliance features including encryption, tenant-level isolation, role-based access controls, audit logs, and recruiter-confirmed actions. The company stated that all AI-driven actions require human approval and that candidate data is not sold.
Every recruiter action within uR Agent is logged with a timestamp and identity tracking to support accountability and compliance requirements.
The current launch represents the first phase of uRecruits’ broader AI roadmap. The company plans to expand uR Agent capabilities across CRM, analytics, workflow intelligence, and explainability features throughout 2026.
Planned enhancements include a CRM Agent for talent re-engagement, an HR Insights Agent for natural language analytics, and an Explainability Agent to provide transparency into AI-generated recommendations and scoring.
Early adopters have highlighted productivity improvements from the platform. Robert Desroches, CEO and Co-Founder of RevenueLens.ai, said uR Agent significantly reduced job description creation time from hours to minutes, improving overall recruiting efficiency.
Ken Sternfeld, Founder and Chief DiaBuddy Officer at The DiaBuddy Experience, noted that the platform helps teams move faster while maintaining a people-first approach to hiring.
uRecruits is a recruiter-first AI hiring platform that combines seven connected capabilities on one candidate record: Recruitment Software (a full applicant tracking system), Talent CRM, Candidate Assessment, Screening & Hiring, Jobs Marketplace, HR Insights, and uR Agent.
The platform is built around a simple principle: AI handles the busywork, and recruiters make every hiring decision.
uRecruits serves U.S.-based hiring teams across healthcare, staffing, technology, finance, and other high-volume, compliance-focused sectors.
