Paul Taylor has been appointed President of DXC Technology, taking over the role from Raul Fernandez, who continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer.
Alongside Taylor's appointment, Dan Gray has been named President of Global Infrastructure Services (GIS), while Ramnath Venkataraman and Ray August will continue leading Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) and Insurance Software & Business Process Services (ISB), respectively. All three business leaders will report directly to Taylor, creating a unified operating structure across DXC's global business.
The appointments follow the recent announcement of Holly Grant as President of AI Innovation and Strategy & LabX, reinforcing DXC's commitment to AI-driven innovation under its Core and Fast Track strategies.
As President, Paul Taylor will oversee DXC's global operating business with responsibility for customer growth, commercial execution, operational performance, profitability, and service delivery across the company's approximately $13 billion business. His leadership will span DXC's five geographic markets and three major business units, enabling faster decision-making and stronger accountability.
Taylor brings more than three decades of experience in enterprise technology and commercial leadership. His career includes serving as a partner at IHS Markit during a period of significant growth and, most recently, founding HUB, an AI-driven financial technology company later acquired by OSTTRA.

Dan Gray has been promoted to President of Global Infrastructure Services after nearly two decades with DXC. Previously serving as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for GIS, Gray led Global Technical Customer Operations, overseeing a workforce of more than 45,000 professionals delivering infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace, mainframe, and business process services.
Gray also played a key role in the development and deployment of DXC OASIS, the company's AI-enabled platform. As President of GIS, he will work closely with Taylor to accelerate AI-powered infrastructure services while helping enterprise customers maximize value from mission-critical technology environments.
Chris Drumgoole will leave his operational role as President of Global Infrastructure Services to pursue a new leadership opportunity outside the company. However, he will remain connected to DXC as a founding member of the newly established CEO Advisory Council, where he will continue advising Raul Fernandez and the executive leadership team.
