The acquisition significantly broadens HCLTech's telecom offerings by adding industry-leading intellectual property, integration services, and advanced telecom platforms. The expanded portfolio includes Telecom Operational Support Systems (OSS), Home Subscriber Server (HSS), 5G Subscriber Data Management (SDM), Business Support Systems (BSS), Service Management and Orchestration (SMO), digital twin technologies, AI-powered radio applications, eSIM capabilities, and telecom virtualization solutions.
These additions complement HCLTech's existing expertise in customer experience, media and video services, Industry IoT, data intelligence, managed services, and AI-led engineering solutions.
As part of the transaction, nearly 1,400 engineering and telecom professionals across 39 countries have joined HCLTech. The expanded workforce strengthens the company's engineering capabilities while enhancing regional delivery operations across North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan, India, Spain, Romania, and Italy.
The acquisition also increases HCLTech's ability to support global communications service providers through localized delivery capabilities and stronger relationships with telecom operators worldwide.
