ValidSoft has introduced its AI Voice Intelligence Platform™, a comprehensive voice identity framework designed to help organizations secure digital interactions involving both human users and AI agents. The platform combines voice biometrics, synthetic audio detection, and transaction authorization to establish trust across every stage of a voice interaction, from initial engagement to final approval.

ValidSoft Introduces AI Voice Intelligence Platform

ValidSoft announced the launch of its AI Voice Intelligence Platform™, a unified voice security framework built to address the growing risks posed by synthetic audio, AI voice clones, and autonomous AI agents.

The platform is designed around three key trust questions that organizations must answer during every interaction:

  • Is it a Real Human?
  • Is it the Right Human?
  • Is it the Right Outcome?

By combining interaction verification, identity assurance, and authorization validation, the company aims to strengthen enterprise security across contact centers, digital channels, and AI-powered customer interactions.

"Organizations have spent years strengthening identity verification, but the threat landscape has evolved," said Pat Carroll, CEO at ValidSoft. "Today's challenge extends beyond determining whether someone is who they claim to be. Organizations also need confidence that an interaction is genuine and that any resulting action has been explicitly authorized. Our Trust Intelligence Stack brings these capabilities together to help organizations establish trust from the beginning of an interaction through to its intended outcome."

Voice Verity® Detects AI-Generated Audio Threats

The first layer of the platform, Voice Verity®, focuses on identifying whether an interaction involves a genuine human voice.

Using real-time audio streaming analysis, the solution detects deepfake audio, replay attacks, and synthetic speech without requiring customer enrollment or storing personally identifiable information (PII). Operating passively across communication channels, it enables organizations to identify AI-generated voice attacks before additional security controls are applied.

VoiceID™ Verifies User Identity

After confirming that an interaction originates from a human, ValidSoft's VoiceID™ verifies the speaker's identity using passive voice biometrics.

The technology analyzes unique voiceprints during natural conversations across contact centers, IVRs, intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs), agentic contact centers, mobile applications, and digital platforms. It also supports fraud watchlists through one-to-many voice identification while eliminating dependence on passwords, PINs, and knowledge-based authentication.

Voice MFA™ Links Identity to Authorized Actions

The final layer of the framework focuses on authorization rather than authentication.

Voice MFA™ cryptographically connects a verified voiceprint to a specific requested action, creating an immutable audit trail that establishes non-repudiation. According to ValidSoft, this approach helps organizations defend against fraud techniques such as Authorized Push Payment (APP) scams, social engineering, and business email compromise by verifying that the requested transaction itself has been explicitly authorized.

Securing AI Agents with Delegated Trust

ValidSoft also positions the platform as a governance framework for autonomous AI agents that perform tasks on behalf of customers or employees.

The platform verifies that AI agent requests remain within approved authority and are linked to explicit human consent before actions are executed.

ValidSoft COO, Alex Korff says “As AI agents become more capable of acting on behalf of customers and employees, organizations will increasingly need ways to verify not only identity but also delegated authority and authorized intent. We believe trust in AI-enabled interactions will depend on establishing an auditable chain that links every significant action back to a verified human authorization."

The AI Voice Intelligence Platform combines Voice Verity®, VoiceID™, and Voice MFA™ into a unified trust framework that helps enterprises detect synthetic voice attacks, verify identity, validate transaction intent, and secure AI-enabled voice interactions.
